If CMC not back soon we will be out of the playoffs, we can find any back that looks good running the ball but it's all the other things he does that can't be replaced blocking, nose for the end zone , pass catching and make the defense scheme for him that they don't do with these other backs.

I think it's a start. If we can put together some wins when he comes back (or even starting this week) it could ignite the team. Of course I'm being hopeful again

The NFL's leading rusher, 49ers RB Jordan Mason, is believed to have suffered a sprained AC joint during Thursday night's win at Seattle that is not considered serious, but he will undergo further testing today, per sources. pic.twitter.com/c2tVyxc4sB

Ouch! "Not serious", but painful as heck.

From the interwebs:
Most AC joint injuries will start to improve within a week of the injury, but it can take four to six weeks for a full recovery.
Type I injuries generally heal well without an increased risk of reinjury.
So I guess our hope is that it's a mild type 1 and heals up a great deal over the week. At least have the benefit of a few extra days this week for recovery.

The fact that he was still available in an emergency situation for the rest of the game is an encouraging sign I suppose.

Guessing he might need tape and a harness. I think Kittle wears something like that for his labrum issue. If CMC can come back for next week, we'd be fine.

He's either still hurt or having a mental issue.
As much as I dislike gurrendo it's pointless to give Mason carries scared...

Yeah, and he's running timid and high to avoid taking hits to his shoulder. Dude is going to get seriously hurt playing like this.
