Will be a Seahawk in 2 weeks…

Nah. That's most likely to be Hasty or Sermon.

i think posters just worry a bit to much about our players going to seattle. but thats just me

Agreed. For one, division foes know you best so they are always looking at your talent. But the going to Seattle thing is overstated.
funny how people want jimmy gone cuz they think he is no good but are scared of him going to seattle like suddenly he will turn into a elite qb. i hope he does go to seattle. i will be there to see the game and i hope we abuse him badly
Are people really afraid of him being on Seattle or just afraid of handing him over early to Seattle ?

maybe a few of both?
i'm more of the sending him early as it gives seattle more time to pick his brain than worried about his play
I know it's just pre-season, and football heads that understand X and O's will say not to cut Sermon, and that Mason is just another Pre-season guy taking advantage of the lack of prepared defense.
However, the tape ya'll. Just watching him, he seems like he's even better than Davis Price.

My call would be trade hasty & sermon for a late day 3 pick and let Mitchell, TDP, Mason take all the carries.

Actually everyone is on board with Mason than Sermon
I really like this guy. We need him. Sermon needs to go. Just cut your losses.

I think we should keep Mason and Sermon, then cut Hasty instead. He's already been around for the past 3 seasons and isn't suddenly going to become a different player. With Sermon, there's still a chance the light bulb might switch on and he pulls a 180 like Aiyuk did last year. When Sermon took his first hand off last year, he ran for like 10 yards before a cardinal clubbed him in the head with a forearm. I thought that was a personal foul, but it may have also shell shocked him from seeking contact.

Then why keep him? He plays the wrong position to be worried about contact

Your own keywords lol..
"Pre-season guy taking advantage of the lack of prepared defense."

The kid flashes talent, vs 3rd stringers.. is he ready to produce against NFL starters? The coaches would know to keep him on the 53 or to the PS.

💯 they would snatch Hasty too, Hasty probably better than 50% of their RBs lol..

Was actually an Eagle that clubbed him
To put some perspective on Mason and the preseason so far, you can't compare 3rd stringers and backups to NFL starters, starters are starters and paid as starters for a reason. It's like how well did Trey, AB and Deebo fare vs Eman and Ward as CBs vs other backup CBs so far in TC? If you follow what's going on, you heard.

Now it's the coaches' job to evaluate and decide who is kept on the 53 and who is cut and who goes to the PS. If they think Mason is good enough (so far he's been good vs backups and 3rd stringers who did not game plan vs him) to produce vs NFL starters than Sermon for example then they might possibly cut Sermon. We already seen Hasty and Sermon vs NFL starters last season and Sermon did okay, Hasty isn't all that to begin with and now they have Ray Ray and can continue to use Deebo for the same role and get more production, no point keeping Hasty.

Mason will be on the 53 if the coaches who over sees him thinks he is better than Sermon and or Hasty vs NFL starters, else he's going to the PS.
