Yea because it's week 1 and the Niners are away. Bad teams always over-achieve week 1

mid west time.. but maybe it helped they spent all that time in minnesota two weeks ago

Similar scenario with DET last season week 1. As long as the 49er offense doesn't help the Bears in the form of turnovers, the 49ers should win handily. The gameplan should be somewhat conservative, don't put too much on Lance's plate, and allow the talent gap to show itself.

i got my concerns about the line.. but i would like to think trey can muster at least one score and robbie would be good for 4 field goals 19-7. run the ball. then run it more.. then make clever use of deebo and trey... and throw the ball to kittle

Our defense also struggled a lot against Fields in the game last year.

Let Trey cook!
No one would be worried right now if the Niners played better in a meaningless 3rd preseason game

I'd just let him chop the veggies and maybe make the sauce. The main course can be prepared by the run game and defense.

i am afraid the lids will be bubbling on the pots every time trey drops back to pass if this o line can not figure out how to pass protect. guess we need to trust the o line coach.. oh wait

You do realize we DIDN'T HAVE Trent Williams George Kittle and a ton of other players in that game. Context matters

Such a stupid thing for Mooney to say. They are already fighting an uphill battle and now adding some bulletin material for the Niners.
