GOLDEN DEFENSE on a day when our current man crush the very handsome Jimmy GQ goes down. Also, as a Razorback Alum, I just want to say if you have a friend that says, "Man, Dre Greenlaw is a liability and is too aggressive." You should slap him. You should stop being his friend. You can do better. BUT MAN YOU AIN'T DOING MUCH BETTER THAN THAT OL HAWG WHO SAVED OUR BALLS....AGAIN! Also big ups to Nick Bosa who is a cheat code and just is on a tour to make other QBs listen with his electronic jams. That man is travelin' from land to land!

Mad love to USA Today.

Brock Purdy was also...purdddy good. Not great. Not perfect. But serviceable. Say like Trent Dilfer in 2000.

Current record: 8-4

Fro's prediction for the year: 13-4

Next up: Brady and the Bucs.

Fro, good stuff, bro. Keep it coming and let's say the beads for Purdy. Man, I have watched pro sports…NFL, NBA, NHL for over 70 some years, on TV and at games, and NEVER have i seen a team as snakebit as the 9ers. What is truly remarkable is that with a rook, untried Qb, we win the game. But as Peter King said , in part, was that we still have McCaf, Deebo, Jauan, Aiyuk, #71 and some other OLs that are putting it out there, plus au Jus, Elijah, and then the D, the awesome 8 man DL (now down to 6 or 5), and esp Bosa…plus 3 fantastic LBs and a D backfield that went from outhouse to pent house. And then, we do have a great HC/ playcaller + a helluva GM. Ok, I'll give mgmt credit, Jed, also.

Whatever, Purdy, is as noted, playing against the best D in the league ever day of practice…so he ain't chopped liver. Still, he played way better than i ever hoped and my hat's off to him.

FTR, I'm at 13-4 also which looked pretty grim when we were at 2-4. I don't think we run the table and make the 13. The 4 you and I are still right on. But i do see this team not just going deep into the playoffs but a good shot at #6. Lot of football to be played yet, but GOAT is in town next Sunday.

I'm sayin' the beads. Again, nice job , well done.

Football is a violent and punishing game. It is rarely ever fair. Collectively, if I may, we are all thinking about Deebo Samuel--who I believe is the emotional heart beat of this team--and that he has avoided serious injury. Until 19's return, we march on with the help of CMC and Co. And we do so under the steady hand of our rookie sensation (?!?!), Brock Purdy. Who many on the zone refer to as BCB. Big *censored*, indeed!

Current record: 9-4

Fro's prediction for the year: 13-4

Next up: A big game in Seattle on Thursday night.

Serviceable? That insulting.

Doc, get those damn beads out, man! We need 'em.

I mean, what can I say? Brock is giving us stuff (the double fake; the slide; his mobility). CMC looks to be such a great pickup. Bosa, Greenlaw, and THE DEFENSE. I mean, we are west champs! Keep going! I love the Niners signing stuff in Seattle as well.

Current record: 10-4

Fro's prediction for the year: 13-4

Next up: The Commanders.

Coach Klein predicted Purdy's first TD tonight years ago.
