The fact that he is the 2 show the RB room is a liability. He is not the answer yet the rookie wasn't active and sermon was cut. Not a good look for the personal department.

This game came down to turnovers on offense and penalties on defense. Very sloppy game all around. Lets bounce back next week.

Any word on E. Mitchell? We really need him.
He was seen leaving the locker room with a large brace and a noticeable limp. No crutches, though.
Because he's on my fantasy team, I fully expect him to retire due to injury.
I drafted Kittle. Big big mistake. I always try not to draft Niner players since they love IR. But I couldn't help myself.
Same here. Last year I drated Mostert in the 5th round and felt like I stole the league with that pick. 2 carries, 10 yards. Thx

Was at the game weather sucked at the end stadium was flooded. Lance didn't lose the game, 100 yards in penalties did it. As Bears fans said it was there best offensive play.

I hated that Kyle punted on 4th and 1 from his own 40 after the defense had just given up a TD.
On the bright side, Hufanga was a beast in this game. 11 tackles, 9 Solo, 1 INT, and 1 PD.

Anyone who knows kyle shanahan and the Niners knew they would lose this; or at least come close to losing.
he called the worst red zone plays, the predictably awful first time center and guards were awful, Lance was about as expected (in not a good way).
sure it was ripe for an upset but it felt certain and at the same time, EASILY avoidable. Chicago was as bad as they were anticipated to be. And this team lost by two scores to em. And not because of the weather.

Agreed. Fields did just about nothing outside his two TDs on busted coverages. All told I believe Fields was 8/17 for 121 yards. The Niners gave up almost that much in penalty yardage.
The team needs to clean up the discipline issues which has been a recurring theme under Shanny.

Yep the only way the Niners were going to lose this game is if they beat themselves, And that's what happened. Horrible penalties, Alot of them, Missed tackles from guys who usually don't miss tackles, And just missed chances. Like the Deebo fumble in the red zone.

AGREE...
if everyone can just be honest.. all the blames point to KS10.. he being a good OC and all the hype he got starting from Big Mouth Sharpe and the rest of the talk show.. they made him BETTER than what he is and many fans here just believed that he is THAT good..
our team is talented but we don't have a talented HC.. that's the bottom line..
I'm so disgusted by this loss
