So after a few weeks he's gonna automatically see the open receivers downfield and look good? Give me a break.
Unfortunetely we are not going to have Rams killer Jimmie Ward and Donald's daddy Brunskill playing.

Did he not see the open receivers down field in the Seattle game either?

Well the Trey haters thought the Trey that started his 3rd career NFL game which happened to be in a monsoon was the Trey we were going to get all season.

14%??

I am embarrassed and ashamed right now WZ.

14%??

truth hurts…

Better to keep expectations very very low and be surprised if they win than to get your hopes up and expect anything different than what Jimmy G has shown over and over (while setting a new standard of sucking play even for him).

1) The pass protection sucked before Trent got hurt
2) Now it will suck even more
3) Jimmy will hurry his passes and throw into coverage and throw picks, lose more more fumbles, and get smashed more.
4) Our current running backs are Deebo Samuel and Jeff Wilson. Jordan Mason is not on the roster as far Shanahan is concerned.
5) Defenses have figured out Shanahan's Deebo wide back plays which is about 76 % of the plays called.
6) The offensive players from last year, haven't really changed nor the schemes
7) George Kittle can't stay healthy, and when he is in the game he is no longer a receiving threat and this moronic FO couldn't even draft another good tight end.
8) People are in denial about the state of this team. Kyle looks lost out there. Yes, we have injuries, but realistically we should not be able to beat the Rams this week.

Pretty accurate summary imo.
If we get a win and go to 2 - 2 it's not too bad. 1 - 3 would be a disaster however. I just can't imagine coming back from that to some type of useful season.
Another desperation game at home against another divisional opponent. If our offense plays like poop again, the Rams embarrass us on MNF.
Absolutely thrilled with the doom and gloom in this thread. Almost always signals a win. Keep it up fellas!

Armstead has had some games against them too. Hopefully he can go.

I don't understand how any 49er fans are here accepting defeat from the lambs...f dat, we will always beat them. They are the LA LA Lambs and we will destroy them

Here's some reasons why
NO
Lance
Trent Williams
Mitchell
Ward
AA most likely
Brunskill most likely (he destroys Donald)
Al Shaair

We always whip the rams asses with a ton of backups on our side and little to none on theirs however Jimmy G looks worse than ever. The Rams D is not that good, their running game is not good and their OL is not good. However they have their usual star players healthy like always and that might be all they need

This is why I believe it will be fairly tight. I said 16 - 13 in another thread. Maybe 21 - 17 or so. The questions will be, can JG do enough, when he is forced to (running game being held in check) against an average Rams' D (nothing like Denver)? Can the 49ers contain Kupp? Kupp will get his, but if the 49ers can prevent him from running wild, that should be enough for the 49ers' O to either keep it close, or come up with a hard fought victory.

We got em right where we want em.
I'm expecting a tough, tense, close game. We won't catch them asleep like last year on Monday night. They played very well against the run in the NFCCG. I think we gotta hit them with some creativity, and Stafford isn't playing too well yet, so that helps. Our past record against them means nothing to me, both teams will be hungry. However ot goes, it should be a fun game, GO NINERS!
