As much of a beast Trent is he is always injured for us. Staley was in there for a good decade before he started having issues

I know people are going to say "we can't do it again", but we did start 3-5 last season
if I recall correctly, after 6 games we were 2-4

When we were 3-5 we had a somewhat easy schedule the rest of the way. Only a couple of tough games. That wouldn't be the case this time. The easier part of the schedule in the 1st half.

Shanahan and Lynch have failed this organization miserably in their QB hunt. They've wasted more high end draft picks then I can count. Offense has cost the 49ers at least 2 superbowls during their regime. If they had any semblance of offense this season they would be 3 and 0. We're no closer to having a franchise QB then the day Steve Young retired.

Huh????? McVay is Shanahan's b***h and the only difference is McVay has a better qb and ALWAYS plays the niners without some of their elite players……and he still loses straight up embarrassing. Everyone knows it and that's all the media could say for the last few years

Well, let's see. One coach, including playoffs, has a 63-30 coaching record. The other is 44-45 and is Kyle Shanahan. Put down the haterade

It was our 1st game against the rams last season on MNF when we began turning the season around. Can it be a repeat?

Could that possibly be b/c Staley didn't come to us when he was 30+?

Put down whatever your smoking. McVay never had Hoyer Beathard and Mullen's plus the PLETHORA of injuries Kyle has had. If you want to be shortsighted with no context and go by numbers well, McVay scored a record low 3 points in the Super Bowl vs the average Patriots defense
Is it embarrassing to always get smoked by the Niners back ups? This week you're playing us without what six or seven good starters again? What a joke

Which is why the bears game hurt us big time. We needed to win the easier games like Bears, Seahawks, Falcons, and Panthers game. I expected us at worst being 4-4 heading into bye week. Now who knows.

I don't think Kyle sucks, but he definitely is overhyped because of his last name. Jim Harbaugh, on the other hand, was a much better head coach, not counting his last season there, which was a wash. Being a good head coach has more to do with leadership and culture than just schemes.
