my body and the teams cbs are ready
Horses for Courses, the 49ers know the Rams inside and out and always play them tough. They must keep Kupp under control, he's the one the Rams lean on the most.

"I just got one thing to say to you……Strike this motherf**ker out!!!!"
If KS's garbage offense completely wastes another defensive effort…
27-17 Rams
From worst to first tonight!

Reiterated.

Some key tidbits from Lombardi and Barrows.
  • Rams have regressed offensively esp. the OL. 5 INT's already for Stafford
  • 49ers have a tendency to team-collapse at the end of their games in losses to the Rams
  • Loss of Von Miller (#1 in pressure rate) is huge + Whitworth (Notebloom = 8 pressures in week 1)
  • 49ers #1 at 41.3% pressure rate on defense
  • Donald might be rushing from end again (McKivitz)
  • Major weakness still the OL (to them) and even more concerned now with TW out: McKivitz, Banks, Brendel, Burford, McGlinchey (poor last game all around as a unit)
  • Compromised both T's 3rd game in a row against the Rams
  • Week 10: so they schemed up an ultra quick passing game. TT = 2.3s (fastest of any QB all season). Week 18: 2.41s (top 5). AY's short = 5 yards. Snap and release. NFCCG: 3.1s b/c Rams stuffed the run and subsequently flooded the short pass.
  • Need to repeat week 10 & 18 quick-release game
  • In week 10, they ran JG out of shotgun 96%. Prior to that, 66%.
  • Rams have the same defensive scheme as Denver. Rams will try to stuff the run on first downs like in the NFCCG and take away the short quick passes while bringing the heat
  • Jennings might be the X factor again. Maybe Juice
  • Surtain locked up Aiyuk all game; receivers must do a better job of getting separation timely. Ramsey now
  • Kittle in PP mostly last game (6 straight passing plays after TW went down). Expect the same
  • Attack David Long Jr. at CB
  • Bobby Wagner now in the passing game. They got their LB benched in the NFCCG d/t exploiting him in the passing game
  • Poor takeaways from the defense so far while offense had 4 last game. Defense had 100 takeaways in the pre season and have not carried over to the regular season
  • 49ers S play has been terrific. Gipson "runs the show back there." Big challenge now
  • McVay picked on Ambry Thomas (1st play of the game) and K'Waun Williams FTW in the NFCCG. Who will he target now? Stafford was 11/14 for 120 yards and 100 was to ODJ and Kupp. All short quick passes save for one 25 yard slant (Kupp on K'Waun Williams). No OBJ now
  • Kupp in the slot 60%. Lenoir or Womack?
  • Rams 2nd and 3rd top receivers are a TE and FB
Rams might have a worse OL than us. Our DL should feast on Stafford!

Not scared of the Rams at all.

Jimmy - Try not to step out of bounds while throwing a pass? Who am I kidding, this guy gives you one head scratching play per game/drive.

Hufanga - McVay is going to try to take advantage of your aggressiveness with rollouts, play-action, etc.

Rams - will try to establish the run to protect their OL/Stafford. If Armstead/Kinlaw don't play/start, that could be problematic.

All in all, both teams are flawed I expect a close, low scoring game, something like 17 -13, 20 - 17, unless multiple TOs, special teams' breakdowns.

Feels good to have electricity/internet as the last 5 days have sucked!
