Nick Bosa revenge game for all those holds that weren't called in that SB against him.

It's time.

I hope this doesn't mean C Ward is out for this game.

No. Its not. But the offense is going to have to prove they can carry the defense at some point this season. Expect a high scoring game. Possibly a 2019 saints type game.
Huf not gonna be free to roam, make plays with these backup CBs
I fully expect a loss against the Chiefs and frankly no one should be all that upset about it. We will need time to get healthy and gel. Playing against the Chiefs at our current condition is tougher than it will be later on. Our focus has to be on winning the division which we are more than capable of doing. I expect it will take a couple of games to gel, but once we do, this will be a fun ride to the finish. Have fun this Sunday and let the chips fall where they may. Playing with house money tomorrow.

I would LOVE to see Kyle just go YOLO one time. Just to see what happens.

There were big plays to be made against ATL last week. We just didn't execute well enough. This game is winnable if we don't turn the ball over and if we stay disciplined.

Along with this , there is an added emotional, or psychological bump for the 9ers, and that is a guy in the locker room, as well as on the field who demonstrates the ultimate in being the best in the business. He runs crisp routes, he always has his head in the game (you don't see drops, motion penalties, or other screw ups that we have seen in abundance this yr.) I see a guy who just makes the team better by being the complete professional, and thus makes our guys play better both physically and mentally.

My recent posts re: guys not being in the moment, nor playing smart, ie, near perfect football…really have just improved immensely by putting a guy amongst them that does play to the best of his ability plus playing smart football. You have a guy like that on the field/team, and playing smarter, harder, quicker and it just kind of osmoses onto other players…both O and D. Not saying he'll be a cheerleader, but a true professional, who will make his teammates want to be the same also.

This was just a great move by John and Kyle. At the end of the day, i expect the entire team to play better…up to the level of McCaf. I could be all wet, but that is what the big takeaway is. Sure he gives us an A+ WR and a A+ RB. But it is his professionalism that gives us the biggest boost. After the screwups we have had in the first 3 losses, we are definitely in line for another leader, this one who demands guys play both physically and smarter.

9ers 24-23 over KC in a squeaker. No dumb drops, no holding, no offsides, no motion penalties, et al. 9ers have their heads in the game for all 60 minutes. Do that and we win…but our new corners are going to have to play mistake free football also.
