We need to contain Mahomes as he's running a lot more now. Also double Kelce and we have a chance with the defense doing their part.

NFL narratives coming out of this game:
  • KC and BUF are the two best team, PHI will probably win the #1 seed, and the NFC west will be a slog to like 10-7 or 9-8; OR
  • SF is on the inside track to winning the division, puts pressure on PHI and NYG to maintain their records, and major chinks in the armor for KC, looking essentially 3 games back of BUF (2 plus tiebreaker).

Defense chomping at the bit after last week and can't wait to get on the field. Good to see Bosa, Ward are good to go. I'm wondering how Demeco will attack and if he has a few special wrinkles to bring pressure to Mahomes.

Yep. Our two weakest positions, because unless Ward is able to play that's our backups at QB/CB1/CB2.

I know it's not going to happen but if the very first offensive play is a 75-yard touchdown by CMC, the entire stadium might fall on itself.

Doubt CMC is going to get much field time so KC got a little lucky on that part
