Frank Gore was injury prone. Blew out both his knees. He had a great career. I know the situations are not the same, but CMC is only 26 and hopefully that injury stuff is behind him.

Huh? So what teams weren't keying on CMC in NC? Cool key on him and leave Deebo/Kittle/BA. Kyle can and will scheme up CMC vs a LBer which is a massive advantage. Go re-read what they were doing in camp with the Jet. Now add steroids to it.

TThere's a lot of different ways it can go. Shanny's never had a star in the backfield we'll see how he manages the play calling the ball distribution. McCaffrey brings a great skill set but with four other all Pros on the field there's going to be politics in where the ball goes. I think that's not good. We had some of that before the trade now it will be Amplified. The matchups are there for Shanny to exploit. Let's see if he does. We're still fundamentally weak at iol which does not make anyone feel good
