The fact this guy totally contradicts himself in the same sentence "makes them better but solves zero of their problems" that makes absolutely no sense, he's a dip s**t.

Just an afterthought I had, CMAC will be playing the remainder of his home games on real grass instead of artificial, which at least 6 more are left. At the very least it partially reduces the risk of injury.

the panthers switched from grass to fieldturf knowing that cmc was their star, who is a rb that makes aggressive cuts. lol, what a s**t franchise.

but yeah I figured this would get people all fired up. I wouldn't say he's really wrong though. CMC is uber talented but I wouldn't say we were lacking playmakers overall.

You can say the team is "better" adding CMC, no one is really saying otherwise. IMO what he's saying is RB overall wasn't the real issue (problem) with the offense.

but these "experts" view the game from a completely different lens and it usually has nothing to do with how you win real football games.

My issue with twitter guy is he said CMC solves zero problems for the 49ers. I say he solves the problem of Jeff Wilson playing the role of a starting RB. I don't like RBs that have ball security issues. He has a history of fumbling and that's a non-starter for me. If a RB can't hang on to the rock, then get off the field, because that's a problem.
My bad for thinking twitter guy was unverified. I didn't see the checkmark but it's there.

I 100% agree with the bolded.

CMC has the ability to change direction in a split second and can make guys miss. He is like having another Deebo on the field when it comes to YAC and YCO. I am curious how defenses are going to key in on two YAC monsters with one in the backfield and one split out? Deebo and Jimmy have a real connection on that quick slant but teams are really keying in on that this year. Now we have a YAC monster coming out of the backfield on that slant flat concept. Pick your poison.

We also needed another productive explosive player on offense that could play multiple positions and be in on every down. CMC is that guy.

Imagine if Kyle had the whole offseason to scheme up the Deebo/McCaffery offense. This should get good as the season goes on
