So basically you want Deebo as a FB?

Haha. CMC is, or could be, huge for Kyle/Jimmy:
1. Outside zone (esp. off T given the sole focus inside by defenses)
2. Chip/release (help MM and then be an immediate outlet for Jimmy)
3. Positive first downs (we're 29th in 2nd downs)
4. Screen game (only 7 RB screens all year)
5. Pass protection (another strength of his)
We might want to consider using him for Kickoffs as we're 32nd ranked there and Ray-Ray is dumb a/f.
For what it's worth his pass protection grade on PFF is atrocious. I have no idea if it's been good previously.
Oh really? Then he'd fit in very well with the rest of our RB/FB/TE's in PP. LOL

CMC has stats to prove he is elite. He's a RB that can be WR. Wideback, running receiver or what ever you want to call it.

Toney hasn't done s**t in the NFL and is constantly hurt. He was a massive head case in FL then in NY…but hey I scooped him up in fantasy lol

We had to beat out the Rams. Chiefs weren't probably fighting anyone.

Maybe because CMC is an all-pro RB and Toney sucks? Atleast as of now he sucks. He hasn't done anything in the NFL yet. Right now he is just living off his draft position which was a reach to begin with.

Christian won't break as many tackles but he will out run some defenders, as well as make the first person miss.

This. What a joke of a post. CMC is an all pro and Toney is absolutely nothing. KC got fleeced more than SF

CMC is pretty good in his own right
The 49ers now have 3 of the top 5 players by YAC over expected since 2018 after acquiring Christian McCaffrey.

On Sunday, they will take on a Rams defense that has surrendered the 4th-most YAC over expected (+189) of any unit this season.#SFvsLAR | #FTTB pic.twitter.com/2dYK1dWd1Y

I sort of disagree. I expected 10 or so attempts and stay healthy. Kyle starts his bell cow running and use him all the time he will get injured and part of his past problem with injuries. He was the offense as sad as it was.
We have all these other guys on offense. How sad to even be thinking he has to carry us. We need a new QB (-: in Trey.

Pretty good is putting it lightly. He might eventually prove to be one of the top two players on our team.
Again, I don't think some realize how good he really is.
I think we have him at a damn good bargain.
