I gotta admit, I thought we were underperforming as an offense and that we needed better play, not simply a better player. McCaffrey has just changed so much for this team. It's really a situation of what can you do with this team over 4 quarters? Too many guys to cover. Too many YAC monsters.

i was initially skeptical of pulling this trade off but once i realized cmc wouldnt simply be a rb for us, hed be a wr as well, them it was a no brainer. absolute game changer of a trade

I kind of wanted him in the draft but I didn't think he would be robust enough for the NFL. Great trade by Lynch.

Pollard is a good player but is this dude smoking crack? Who could watch what CMC is doing in SF (or even what he did in awful Carolina) and not take him as a top 3 back in this league.

Wasn't sure if anyone saw this and had to share.

I honestly don't know how Skip still has a job. I get there are commentators, beat writers, reporters, etc with terrible takes everywhere. It is how they generate clicks, but Skip is just a giant douche and terrible human being. He's caused so much controversy and some of it is not even around sports. Remember when he said something horrible about Dak's brother committing suicide and that Dak should focus more on football? And the Damar Hamlin tweet? He's a turd

Same. I thought it wasn't good value or addressed our needs - from cap hit and value given up and his past health, it still isn't.
However, the player was always excellent and I've underestimated his impact in the receiving game department.

I'm glad this trade was made. These types of trades by win-now teams can put them over the top. Kinda like the Rams

Not only does CMC have more rushing yards than Pollard but he is doubling him in receiving yards. There is not a team in the league that would take Pollard over CMC and that includes the Cowboys.

Dallas sports radio 105.3 wishing injury to CMC on todays show. There's a Twitter post floating around with the audio.

Just wanted Niner fans to be aware of the bad karma headed to Dallas and almost certain victory for the 49ers. Between their arrogance and the ignorance of breaking the golden rule of wishing injury to other players, Dallas is going to be in for a rough game imo.
