i actually read an interesting stat this is from reddit:

Since 2005, teams that clinched a bye before their last game and rested their starters or pulled their QB before halftime, are 11-13. Teams that did not rest their starters are 28-8.

Tom Brady was rested before his Super Bowl runs, Walsh did it for us. I'm
with Bellichik and Walsh on this one. No reason to risk anything on a meaningless game. Let's get reps to people like Danny Gray to see if he can contribute in the playoffs.

And where's Ray Ray at in his recovery? I cross my fingers everytime Bell returns kicks.

There's no next season for Gray with me if he shows nothing this season.

He has shown absolutely nothing this season, but there is no reason not to give him another off season and training camp to see if he makes any progress.

To be fair, CMC's 2019 season with Carolina was only ~ 70 yards less than this year. He never played another full season with the Panthers where he was healthy. Barkley finished 2nd and 4th with the Giants and also has had injury issues.

This is CMC's best year in terms of ypc by a pretty healthy margin.
