You can just feel the hope and excitement lol

Nice way to take my posts out of context.

I was just stating that it's a very long shot for CMC to fully recover from Achilles tendinitis in both legs.

No need to take any of your posts out of context, they all speak for themselves

What do you think CMC did with his body in the offseason?

Both statements are corrrect.

-Shanahan overused CMC last season
-CMC overused his body this off-season.

Both things happened and now his career is in jeopardy but you guys feel the need to fight for everything.

How can you have Achilles Tendonitis in both legs? Unbelievable. Shanahan pounded him into the ground. Could be gone for the whole season.

how anyone can even take you halfway serious is beyond me...

It's kind of rare to have that in both legs. Too much over use. Which points to Shanahan.

He had more carries with Carolina in 18-19 than he has with us in two years. If you are dead set on blaming a coach from years past, you sure Shanny is the one you want to blame?

or are you picking an arbitrary spot on the calendar and saying his tendinitis has only been caused by his use with the niners? Pre-niners experience doesn't count towards this special case of tendinitis that can only be caused by Shanny?

im just trying to nail down the point so I can form an opinion

My Opinion: an injury prone workhorse got injured at the only time of year that would almost certainly not be caused by the coach: the offseason

If he wasn't so versatile he wouldn't be used as much which would mean he wouldn't be as valuable. What's the point of having a player like him if you don't use him.

maybe, probably workout injury, but maybe....

The only thing that makes me think maybe is the off-season payday.....

He would keep his injury status as quiet as possible if he was trying to secure a new payday.

If the dude was that beat up during last season, one would think he would be seeing all these specialist in the off season to get himself right for regular season....only reason to not do that is A. he hurt himself working out during the offseason, or B. He did not want his injury status to be known until after he got his new contract.

It's not an injury.

common sense is we dont know what caused it
He had a calf thing last season with that gadget on his leg on the sidelines. Good thing we have Mason but yeah not having Cmac sucks
Those looking to dump the blame around ought to check out the Ed McCaffrey interview.
