Well Mason don't look to good either, the first run he gets prefect blocking on the play which CMC didn't have and what does he do but cut back inside were the defense was instead of staying outside were he has only one corner to make miss.. That's why Kyle know Mason is not elite . Mason didn't go a game with out Purdy, Williams or Kittle and we still lost 4 games.

What Mason was worst than CMC 2.7 avg and his first runs shows he's not an elite back or he would took it for bigger yards. He didn't get touch till he was tackled CMC had no open holes like that for his runs.

So you want to forget his other carries that went for nothing , there is a reason Mason didn't get invited to the combine or drafted all 32 teams don't think he's an elite back . He lacks a second gear and brings nothing in the passing game now if he wants to move to fb he could become a top starter.
