I believe him.. not sure his body will agree once the real hits start. History does not favor an injury free cmc.

lol. those models are garbage in garbage out, imo. there was plenty of data and film also, showing his impact. he lifted our entire team ppg significantly. saquon had the impact of 2023 CMC in philly. these are some of the most impactful players in the sport when healthy. in my mind cmc was MVP is 2023, and saquon in 2024.

They should have traded him last off IMO. I like McCaffrey, shoot his whole family, but he'll never have another season like 2023 and the team should have sold high last off instead of extending. Yes Shanahan's offense is really hard to stop with a RB playing the way CMC did in 23 but he's not worth anywhere close to what he's making simply for positional value alone. I think the familial relationship (in that the Shanahan and McCaffrey families are close) blurs Kyles perception a little bit.
