CMC, not ready RB

Christian McCaffery ?

Now we can put a WR at RB and a RB at WR.

ok im warming up to the trade. after looking at what our picks will be, 2023 will be a lean draft but we still got a couple thirds and fifths. But in 2024 we are absolutely stacked with picks, so parting with that 5th there is chump change. With the roster as it's currently built, it would be hard for any 2023 rookie to come in and take a starting job, outside of the center position.
If people are concern of CMC being injury prone since he only played 10 games total in 2020 and 2021 combined, realize those are Covid years (probably why the 9ers were heavily injured also) that disrupted the offseason, TC and preseason, it also means CMC has plenty of tread left on the tires as a RB now that he is healthy and he's only 26. CAR and the Lambs are the losers here.
CMC has 393 yards rushing and 277 yards receiving. 670 total yards in 6 games. On a bad team with a bad offense.

now he has those stats on a ok team with a bad offense.

read em and weep
Have CMC split with Mitchell when he gets back and spread CMC out wide, more involved in the passing game having him matched up with a LB or safety. Mitchell is legit whenever he decides to stay on the field

sheesh if this trade works out, it REALLY works out
Now we have a RB who can play WR while our WR plays RB.

What if they trade Eli Mitchell and get some of those picks back?
Not two 1sts and not two 2nds and only $646K this season = 110% WIN to get a proven probowler and healthy CMC, especially considering no other RB on roster has been a probowler and the offense is a run heavy one at that and you have a proven game manager at best at QB and still a great D minus Eman = higher chance of a SB run at 3-3 facing KC on Sunday and Lambs next week at their house and be nice and for playoff implications to go 2-0 on them before rhe bye week to get more players healthy.

Lets trade our future for a back we cant afford to keep. Nick Bosa is impressed. Hope McCaffrey can block for himself because our line cant..

Oj 2.0

We have him through 2025 and only accounts for $646k this season.

What are they gonna get back for a 2nd yr guy whose been mostly hurt? They're better off keeping him because he's an actual legit talent and 2 it takes wear and tear off CMC. Idc how ok Wilson has played he doesn't need to see the field unless it's a 1-2 yds goal line play or injury. Mitchell seriously needs to get touches when he gets back, I hope Kyle doesn't just plan to only run CMC
