SF fans: why in the world would would we ever draft a RB in the 3rd! We can and do fine quality RBs late or even undrafted! Why spend money on RBs! Ugh we just burn thru RBs, they're always hurt!

also SF fans: Please trade for a "elite" RB who will WANT GTD $ wherever he goes. Please take our 3rd rd picks and more. Oh he's a payed 16 games in 2 in a half yrs and half? Sounds great!

lol you can't make this stuff up.

I actually think you are making it up. I've not seen anyone say "please trade for an elite RB…..enter the rest of your sentence"

SF fans: making up stuff about not being able to make stuff up

🤣🤣🤣

Yeah I'm f**king around. You have been generalizing quite a bit today though lol…. I get the sentiment

That's all we do in here . Didn't think I had to point fingers at the posters if we're all reading the comments. I'm glad you get it though lol
Yes, we haven't recovered from losing Raheem Mostert. McCaffrey would be the perfect replacement.

Mitchell broke the SF rookie rushing record last yr. What you talking about.

Great point who needs RB help cuz we have Mitchell.. he is willing us to strong performances from the IR.

Also no one cares about Wilsons game killing fumbles cuz he gets YPC in a KS offense, which is unheard of. It's so simple.

Yeah and CMC is cal Ripken Jr. please can we give up all kinds of picks for him. He never gets hurt…on look he's played 6 games so he's cured of any possible injuries clearly.

caring about Wilson's fumble but not caring about Jimmy high pass to Deebo that lead to a INT. We can pick and choose many things that lead to that loss. Execution one #1 after watching the film. Not RB play. I'm sure you were up and arms when Wilson ran for 120 yards on 17 rushing attempts the week prior.

yeah you're right there isn't any data supporting RBs that weren't seen as "dynamic" having plenty of success here.

Lol number you choose to use…we call that confirmation bias. No different then me saying Wilson is almost getting 5 ypc and Mitchell actually having better tackle breaking numbers than CMC.

but yeah clearly it's all RB issues lol. The film doesn't show anything else outside of that.

You keep talking CMC. If you post 1000 more anti CMC rants I think the board will get it.

I'm more interested in anyone other than Wilson..

Mason / TDP come to mind. Let the great 49er bellcow back Wilson take a game or two to go into the lab and work on thy ball security. Even the struggling HC in DEN knows that Melvin Gordon if he puts it on the ground twice and costs games.. he sits. He had a fumble housed like Wilson did. Another glaring fumble.. like Wilson did also.

I've clearly broke it down for you with advanced stats, going much deeper then the surface YPC.

You said JWJ yards after contact wasn't that bad, it's near the worst in the league

You said it's because of the scheme, multiple teams run the same scheme and he is still at the bottom of them

You said blocking was to blame, he has a near tops in the league yards before contact

You said qb is to blame, we are near the bottom in the league in rush EPA steadily declining from 7th since 2019 with the same or worse qb under center

You said this isn't fantasy football, well you got me there….good one 👍

as for Mitchell, as I've said multiple times to you already. The offense runs much better with him because he has superior skills as a runner including his "yards after contact" but he can not be counted on as a bell cow back. Pairing him with an elite back will bring this offense to the next level while saving the wear and tear on each other, if one goes down we have the other to keep it rolling. JWJ can be that serviceable back up to step in if needed.

I think I've repeated myself to you on this enough already so I'll leave it here 🫡

Dude it's literally what we're discussing. At least the people I'm talking too. Don't comment on my posts with them if you don't want to discuss him. Simple as that.

as far as TDP or Mason, I'm all for them getting snaps. Gotta be healthy and you gotta be able to pass block to get on the field to begin with though.

Yeah s**tty DEN is the last team you want to throw as look at what they're doing. Also Hackett just said Gordon is the starter.

Wilson had a fumble. Man if we thought that way, why you not calling for Jimmy to be benched ever? Dude has had one of the highest INT% for years…yet you went to bat for him consistently.

Lol nope. You searched for any stat that would make you correct, regardless of the outcome that truly matters with a RB, YPC.

I never said blocking was to blame. I said a QB playing out of the gun limits the playbook including the running game. That is actually factual. You talked about play-action and it is most certainly not as affective when you're constantly out of the gun.

yes QB play matters, pretending it doesn't is foolish. We've consistently had some of the most stacked boxes for years because of it. Go look at yr after yr. go look at CMC currently 18.8% of his carries are 8+ men in the box…Wilson is over 27% which is 4th highest in the league.

who cares about having a "bell cow" back? It's 2022 not 1996. You repeating it over and over doesn't make any of it matter more

In any of the players currently being on the "so called" trading block, CMC is the only one that could help us this season and the next two seasons

this whole hurt talk is being scared, he aint hurt now and we have no one after Wilson.. we are going to need another dynamic player to help jimmy with his check downs and wilson is not doing it himself
