it was a bad coached team today no doubt about it…we also have a QB that has a razor thin margin of error and needs everything around him to execute perfectly. You can see the massive difference between what we have and what KC has…it's not even on the same planet.

That's what's most telling. Kyle, being an offensive guru, has no ability to evaluate QB talent. Just go down the list of his chosen ones, it's just plain garbage. He had a man crush on Kirk Cousins before Lynch convinced him that Jimmy is the future. And now with Trey there is absolutely no sign this far that proves this guy has a high ceiling and can make this team SB bound in 2 years….

Agreed 100%. Coach Kyle is a fraud. We will never win with him. People supporting him in here just take what they are fed by the tv talking heads. Look at his record. Look at his play calls. We have cmc standing on the sideline in the red zone. Are you serious? I am sick of listening to the b******t in here about him being a great coach. He is not. His record says he is not. The teams lack of discipline says he is not. The annual injury fest says he is not. The guy is not what the media makes him out to be.

I agree with you on GM Kyle and running Trey so much. But to act like Kyle holds this offense back is ridiculous.

Jimmy's has major flaws which is why we tried to get rid of him, the offensive line needed more talent, penalties are an issue, injuries are a major issue. It's a lot of things.

Execution is much bigger problem than playcaling. Trey Lance included.

Agreed on execution and that's why I think Kyle isn't the coach to get us the next ring. Hear me out Waterbear. I'm not saying he can't design plays. I am saying that it's all the same result - Jimmy is here because Kyle wants him here. Kyle the GM is just as much responsible for a team that needed to mortgage its future on a running back just as much as Kyle the coach who insists on continuing to play McG and not upgrade the spot.

I see this all linked - preparation, personnel decisions, penalties, execution. He's chosen to own all of it. He could have opted to hire a OC. Nope. It's just so hard for me bud to give Kyle an excuse for the constant penalties and inconsistent execution and even injuries to a degree when he owns all of it.

At the end of the day, it's his team. Even Jimmy.

Hate to say is but I predicted 37-17 for this one I believe. Not off by much.

These two teams could be 10 times in a row and the result will be the same. The 49ers defense is good enough but it's the offence that seems off. The team has so many weapons and they all seem to be either smothered or unable to get open. The QB was okay today but okay doesn't cut it against Mahomes.

We lost because they have Mahomes and we don't, it's that simple.

I wish Lance was ready to go but the prospects for him are already starting to decline. His injury history, relatively uninspiring lag, and lack of reps are a concern.

given where this team is, it's a wonder why they swung for the fences on Mcaffery. The 49ers aren't winning a Super Bowl this year.
