Now if we can only play the Rams every week.

I don't see an NFC team we could not beat right now... maybe the Eagles.

We don't match up well at all against Philly. Kyle would need some extra wizardry and the defense would need its best game to pull out that one, IMO.
ball control can beat philly

Philly D is pretty good.

If we have any shot this season at a SB, it is more than likely going through Philly. I don't think they are unbeatable. They beat a DAL team that was without Dak. They also beat the Vikings early on. The rest of their schedule outside of DAL and NYG is pretty damn easy. They will win atleast 13 games this season and will be the #1 seed.

It will be nice to go into Philly and take a playoff game. Especially from the #1 seed. Kyle will scheme up some stuff for that very aggressive front 4/7 and slow them down. DeMeco is going to have to change things up on Hurts and use Jedi mind tricks on him (LOL). 😎

CMC will be the difference. AJ Brown is a monster = Deebo.

Up 31-14, with 4:43 left, we had our last possession of the game. Naturally, we'd run the ball between the tackles 3 times to run the clock down.

First, why was CMC still in the game? Second, why was Kyle handing CMC the ball in meaningless carries up the middle during garbage time? Seems a little reckless.

This

it goes back to almost blowing the Lions game last year after JV was injured with 7 min left he pulled all the starters. Kyle vowed never to pull players early again.

"I think a little bit. I think I did too. Anytime you give a team a chance to get back in the game like that—it starts with me. When that happened to (Jason Verrett) JV I think about at the seven-minute mark, I know I became too concerned with protecting our guys as opposed to doing whatever you have to do to win. What you have to do is play every single down like it's the last down the whole game. Got a little caught up when we lost JV. Fortunately, we were able to pull it out."

I thought the same with this when he was playing CMC, but I feel like he should've been aware that the Rams had already given up. They were running the ball for us at that point if I remember correctly.

I didn't know that about him. Now I have a reason to not like him as a person.

Oh man, what a scumbag.

That's a hate crime. This guy needs to be in jail.

That would explain why the stalls were so close to each other lol.

Saw his tweets and he is definitely sniffing something lol. So weird he covers the Rams and Jets.

Kyle reiterated today what i posted yesterday

"Look at our Detroit game from Week 1 last year," Shanahan continued. "It was 41-17 with 1:58 left. And on the last play of the game, it was 41-33, and Detroit had the ball on the 20-yard line, going for a touchdown to send it into overtime.

"So to start sitting there, worrying about all of our guys and what's going on when it's a 17-point game with six minutes to go is not a good omen. That's not what you do to the football gods. You don't start worrying about the wrong stuff when there's plenty of time left in the game."
