Who holds this offense back more?

who is to blame?

Who is to blame for what? It's almost as though the harder you think about something, the more absurd your posts become. Even as good as KS is, he can't make a backup QB perform like a great QB. He made huge moves to get a real QB, but he was injured. So Kyle is slathering as much lipstick on that pig as he can, and doing everything that can be done to win with the guy, until we can move on once our starting QB is healthy.

Lipstick on a pig that he signed for $137m. Straight genius.

Bingo. Do we need to be reminded of Jimmy's playoff passing stats? They're absolutely horrific. Whether it was last year or 2019, Jimmy was carried when it was playoff time.

At the end of the day, I don't want it to be perceived as being a Jimmy basher. He's a solid QB, he's simply not elite in any area outside of his release. If he was, we wouldn't be trying to replace him. IMO, the decision makers have spoken pretty loudly as far as the OP's question. We've seen what Kyle can do with a better QB. Why is it so hard to admit that the difference between the performance of his prior Atlanta offense and the one we have now, comes down to the caliber of QB running it?

And in before the NC excuse of the reason being Kyle was a YOLO OC then and HC now

LOL. Yeah, after two off seasons, Kyle came out of the gate with Trey in the passing game like Mike McDaniels did with Tua, a dude many thought was done. Kyle is totally the same YOLO OC now that he's a HC. I guess it'll take you two more years to see it?

Kyle can't afford lipstick after HE chose to pay him $137M. Kyle limits himself whether Jimmy is here or not. Jimmy is just the easiest escape goat. Even as a backup QB.
In the neighborhood I came from a guy that could get any chick he wanted was a God.

I appreciate your choice of words, saying "signed" rather than "paid". He did sign him for more than he was worth, but he didn't pay him that much. He understood his mistake, then made moves to correct that mistake. That's exactly what I want to see out of my head coach.

The roast episode of the office immediately came to mind

Jim: Several times a day, Michael says words that are way beyond my vocabulary.

Michael: I know where this is goin'.
Jim: Do ya?
Michael: No.
Jim: Ok. Remember Spider face?
Michael: No.
Jim: OK. 'Cause the quote was, cut off your nose to spiderface.
Michael: Spite her - okay.
Jim: Yeah.

Also, every motherf**ker on NT were wanting to sign Jimmy G in the 2018 offseason, so to drag that out now as some kind of indictment towards Kyle is such b******t. That was the understood risk with signing a free agent that had so little playing time, but the 2017 Jimmy looked to be very much worth that risk.

Huh? Just the opposite. He's not. He's all grown up as a HC and has a whole team to think of and balance out, hence why we saw even more running with Trey out of the gate. If he was his old YOLO OC self, he'd have come out of the gates firing with Trey in the passing game like Mike McDaniels did after knowing Tua for 15 minutes.

I look at it this way...

I don't blame JG for not being Allen / Mahomes. He's not that guy. He is maximizing who he is in this league.

KS isn't maximizing our QB room. I can think of like 15 better QB rooms. KS can do better at putting together the QB room. JG can't do better he's maxed out. This is my view.
