Looks like both Murray and McCoy were limited in practice today. One or both are looking to be available for Monday.

Are you playing elite sports up there.
I understand it's a big difference.

Of course not, but it's a function of time, respiratory health, and overall conditioning. Assume the latter two are "full", and the second one being essentially 5 days at some elevation (~6000 ft and ~7500 ft)

When I was young we used to go to Denver to visit relatives. I never felt out of breath but I did get nose bleeds a couple of times. I think it the combination of dry air and altitude. Mexico City is 2000 ft higher and they have terrible air pollution there as you might expect from an area with over 21 million people.

The 49ers have had 2 straight games without any injuries. I hope the altitude doesn't cause fatigue that leads to injuries.
Been here a day and a half and haven't felt any difference then back home in Santa Clara, except as mentioned dry air and pollution. No car rental, so we're walking every where

You went all the way to Mexico City to root for Jimmy to get hurt? Damn.
I'm at every game waiting for jimmy to do something
Heres a good outlook for the 49ers. I believe the 49ers currently lead the NFL in YAC. The Cardinals and Seahawks are currently the top two defenses that allow the most YAC. 49ers having to play 3 games against the two for the rest of the year and them being division game definitely looks like a positive outcome for us.

So no Armstead and of course Kinlaw again in practice. Why the hell aren't they trying to add a veteran DT. Might as well put both Armstead and Kinlaw on season ending IR. No sense bring them back if their injury has been keeping them out this long, seems like its more serious than Shanahan is making it out to be.

Look at the Eagles, one loss and they're out signing Linval Joseph and Suh.

Hope it's Murray. If his hammy isn't 100%, what will he do when Bosa chases him?

I don't get this either, seems to be a clear need. Did they atleast try is what I wanna know.

The surprise at today's practice was no DHop with a hamstring.

Lynch said they were in preliminary talks with Suh, but it didn't work out bc he wanted to go to Philly…

also keep in mind we still allow the least YPC in NFL we are at worst a top 5 run D now

the eagles in last 3 games allowed over 150 yards in each game the two situations aren't comparable

Oh but of course there were.

Theres some decent run stoppers out there that could be had for cheap like Star Lotuleilei, Vernon Butler and Sheldon Richardson.

Well we'll see how good the run D is against the team that ran over a healthy 49ers defense. Arizona rushed for 135 yards and 3 TD's.

Marquise Brown has come back to practice and its apparently 50/50 if he plays but if they don't have Hopkins, that's going to be a major problem for them.

Their two best OL from that game are out. Overall their OL is a bunch of mismatched pieces that have struggled for consistency all season.

This is the game Bosa can win the DPOY. Like 4 sacks. National TV. International venue.
