I replayed it frame by frame and he crossed the line about 2 frames after the snap was moving. Probably a matter of a hundredth of a second or so.

Jimmy ALWAYS holds on to the ball TOO LONG cuz KYLE DOES NOT dial up coverage beaters EVER!!! I can't remember when jimmy had an easy designed throw on say 2nd and 8 THIS ENTIRE SEASON
