You missed the point. Anyway, don't let me stop you from praising McDaniel, he's a good coach and deserves credit for what he's doing.

It's master vs apprentice week

hopefully we're not on the wrong side

Based on your posts in this thread, I can't tell which one you think is the master.

Since neither one has won a SB I can't called them master.

compare their w/l records this season along with the total points scored, then you will have a big clue

Dolphins have scored 3 more points per game than the 49ers but have given up almost 8 more points per game than the 49ers.

Also, MIA is 8-3 whereas the apprentice is lagging behind at 7-4. Clearly Kyle is the pupil and has much to learn from his master.

But Kyle the pupil can make up for those games he shouldn't have lossed by beating his master this Sunday and evening those records up at 8-4.

Kinda. If they have the same record, but the Master has more points scored on the season, then Kyle is still a grasshopper and the pebble has not been snatched.

Ya got me. They said during the game he was already wearing a brace, if I heard that correctly.

this whole exchange is just me teasing. Anyway, the matchup is McDaniel versus Ryans. McDaniel will face a challenge without his two starting OTs. Adjustments will need to be made.
Kyle Shanahan vs his understudies

12-6 record

27 ppg scored
22 ppg allowed

Boom! And it "feels" better than that.

LOL at Mike McDaniel calling a 41 rushing attempt game where Tua would need to save his HC's philosophy-choice/game plan there.

Doesn't need to. His guy has been more successful at passing the ball.

Of course every pass Tua has hit has been a great playcall i'm sure.

McVay beat Kyle once in 2017 with Hoyer at QB twice in 2018 and the 2021 NFCCG. Kyle beat McVay in week 17 2017 with Jimmy at QB, and than 8 straight times now in the regular season.

Lafleur beat Kyle once in 2020 and once in 2021. Kyle has beat Lafleur once in 2019 and twice in the playoffs, including an NFCCG.

You can only get better at handing off so much.

I imagine the Niners can live with spotting the Dolls 3 TDs and a 2pt conversion as long as they can pin 27 on the board themselves.
That's it then. My stumbled upon prediction. Niners 27-22.

I wonder what the PPG allowed and scored with Jimmy are?
