the Niners defensive pressure was the main driver of Tua's performance today. this was a top 3 NFL offense that got lucky on two plays. the D was great today.
and it's still only week 13. this Niner D gets better every week. by the time the playoffs roll around, they'll be more improvement barring injury.
They didn't get lucky, Huf made two really bad plays.

lucky in that the Niners made the mistakes. they didn't outplay the Niner D.
My neighbor is an Iowa State fan. He thinks there's some hope.
The Niner defense is pretty good, folks. Think Trent Dilfer.

Won the battle. Lost the war.
I was surprised when people were so happy after the win. Do they not know what this means?
hopefully we can still sneak into the playoffs. We have no high picks this year. Maybe if we are lucky upset a team. That would still be a great season

The dilfer and brad Johnson days are irrelevant. Back then the defense was actually allowed to play defense.
the nfl has shifted. Hell if a team. Hell of a season regardless. I just hope we keep the Seahawks from the post season. Other than that it's pretty brutal loss

As KC showed us in the SB if you're betting on the d carrying you to a SB win in 2022 good f'n luck. Mahomes, Allen, Hurts. These qb's are just too good to win solely off d.
But I'm not writing off just yet with Shanny and the amount of talent we have on o.

This team makes me so proud! Our backup came in with no prep and not only handled business, did it at a high level. No, this season is nowhere close to over. Is QB play the strength of our team? No. Does our backup's backup look like he can manage the game and allow our D and run game to dominate? Yes. We will still end up at the same destination this year as we would have with Jimmy.
