No. You roll with Purdy and rely on your playmaker and defense.
Never give up when you have a fighting chance.
To be honest, we never skipped a beat when Jimmy went out. That does not suggest it will be that way every game moving forward but there was no change in how the offense operated with Purdy. if fact I thought he showed more poise in the pocket and better ability to move outside the pocket and make plays.
40 pass plays with Purdy, in a game where we held a lead for the last 3 quarters. I'm sure Shanahan was very careful in playcalling with Purdy, but they didn't change their overall approach to the game.
Against a really good defense by the way.

Some have a Strong belief he's a choker who can't win it all.
Purdy you don't know what he's got. Maybe he has it or is a choker also but if you believed Jimmy was a choker this just saved the season.
Two f**king postseasons and one he was injured and he's labeled a choker

I am one of his biggest fans. Doesn't change the fact that the season was basically over when Trey went down.

Yessss just what we needed; another thread to talk about Jimmy.
Hell no the season ain't over; we just whooped the Dolphins without him
We didn't whoop the dolphins. Tua had a bad game today to, we were fortunate. Wrs were open most of the day and tua wasn't on target until it was too late.
Okay the Dolphins whooped themselves without Jimmy and it resulted in a 33-17 win for us. That better for you?

I voted no but have very little confidence a Purdy led team can win in the playoffs. Then again, we have had 4 wins in the past 3 seasons that didn't require much out of the QB. But that was ultimately our downfall and imagine it will be again.

I didn't see Jimmy do anything Purdy didn't do today. Nothing changes. We will go as far as our skill position guys and defense will take us.

Yes remember in the playoffs he's going to get all the media rags to riches story which in turn is going to get the refs to give us calls.
All because of the last pick to Superbowl winner story. It definitely plays to our advantage.

We were never expecting amazing QB play this season. Just has to be solid for us. Hard to think we will win the Superbowl with a rookie though.
