7 game streak in this year is equal to probably more than 8 in those other seasons. Offensive league to say the least.

On the local postgame show last night, Donte Whitner said this is the best 49er defense ever. When asked to explain himself he mentioned how wide open offenses are and how the rules lean offense.
It's a solid point.
As much as I hate to say it - that's why I always had so much respect for the 2013 Seahawks defense. They hurt us bad but to be that dominant in this era? Very impressive.
As much as I hate him now, Pete Carroll is a great coach. Learned it from the Walsh tree.
I grew up a USC fan, so I was a big Pete Carroll fan as a kid. It actually made me sad when he went to Seattle. Lol he's a very underrated coach. He's done a great job in Seattle during his tenure. Def the most success they've ever had under a HC
