Kittle going wild in this game would be nice.

Agree but think he's going to go wild blocking as we need to protect Brock as much as possible.

They could use Tajae Sharpe and Janoris Jenkins right about now.

Yes, they should definitely promote Jenkins without Womack and Johnson. And I'm assuming maybe Akheem Spence at DT?

My iWatch has been going crazy during the last two games with telling me to check my heart rate lol.

Just clinch baby!

The only things we will be clinching is our butt cheeks because I think it will be close. Seattle won't go down without a fight. With that being said....24-17 Niners

I think SEA rides their crowd and jumps out to an early lead, but the 49ers come back to win 68-3.

So because the game is in Seattle, they are all the sudden going to stifle our run game? We put up 181 yards on the ground in week 2 with Wilson at RB. They have been getting gashed for like 200 yards per game over the last 4-5 games. What are they going to do to us that they haven't be able to do to anyone else so far this season? Are they going to put 10 in the box?

I took a listen to Richard Sherman's podcast and he said Pete should get back to basics and play Cover3, 8 in the box, to defend the run. He said the Quarters stuff they've been doing, 7 in box, is not working, and to at least take away the run (cover3) then take their chances on the pass.

How is their pass rush. Can they get home consistently with 4?

My guess is it's not very good. I think Sherman's logic was it might be better to take their chances with a rookie QB beating them, rather than have their will broken by giving up another 200+ on the ground.

So they can't stop the run and cannot rush the passer. Nor can they run the ball and Geno is getting sacked on 7.0% of his dropbacks (which is fairly high). I am just not sure what folks are so worried about. Could it just be lingering PTSD?

It's a division rivalry against a team that tends to over-perform against SF, especially when the on-paper matchup predicts otherwise. They have a lot of potential and showed signs of putting things together earlier in the season. Rookie quarterback nursing an injury in a very hostile environment. Any given Sunday, it's why they play the game, and so on.

Edit: I think they are a running threat with Walker back in the lineup, and their passing game can be highly effective at times. I'm confident in the SF defense, but not so confident that I'm assuming a shutout.

Yea all of this and I believe I seen they are 11-1 against rookie quarterbacks in the last 10 years…
And to top it off, how many injuries have we suffered in that armpit of a stadium

It is for me. Can't speak for anyone else tho. These f**kers seem to give us trouble every year.
