San Francisco 49ers - 2022 NFC West Champions

Shop Find 49ers gear online

I'm not paying $40 for a "CONQUERED THE WEST" t-shirt.

What I find interesting, however, is this little find: Prices for all Trey Lance gear have fallen into the cellar. They are some of the lowest priced shirts and products in the 49er section of the Fanatics website.

Well time to buy low.

Pretty sure this is the most dominant we've been in the division since realignment.
Looking for playoff tickets and ticketmaster has the date as TBD but on seatgeek it already says Jan 15th. Could this just be seatgeeks default setting for Sunday football games or might they know something already

I wouldn't trust those dates. Just prepare for Saturday through Monday
Go 49ers!
At the start of the season only 9moon could have predicted we would have Brock Purdy and CMC starting and beat SEA on the road for the NFC west title.
The last time the Niners won the west in Seattle, we ended up 8 minutes away from winning the SB. While we did come up short, I think this team is better than that 2019 squad.

The question is... is the competition better too? 🤔
Every playoff appearance since 2011 has us in the nfc title game at a minimum

Vikings were 10-6
Packers were 13-3
Chiefs were 12-4

I guess our opponents could be better than that this year but who knows at this point.

The Vikings are pretenders. The Eagles not so much

I think you are misreading my post and what I was responding to. I never said anything about the Vikings this season and we have no idea who our opponent(s) will be.

Objectively, the road to the SB was much easier in 2019. Everyone knew we were going to beat the brakes off the Vikings and Packers that year. This year Philly poses a tougher matchup.

the Chiefs struggled vs Houston and Tenn and had to come back in both games to get to the SB. We should've won it if not for a momentous 4th quarter collapse. This year KC and Buffalo are juggernauts and I would give them an advantage over us.

Overall I think we're a much better squad on offense and defense but I think the competition is better as well…

Spot on post.

That year the likely opponents, before Minnesota upset the Saints, were going to be Seahawks and Saints. I think in all honesty we did luck out with the easier path of MIN and GB instead.

I think it'll eventually be driven by the matchups. For example, SF/Dallas was unquestionably THE game of the wild card round, so it got the Sunday afternoon slot.

If we draw Washington or Detroit, I could see us getting one of the Saturday or Monday slots.
