The question is... is the competition better too? 🤔

Vikings were 10-6
Packers were 13-3
Chiefs were 12-4

I guess our opponents could be better than that this year but who knows at this point.

Objectively, the road to the SB was much easier in 2019. Everyone knew we were going to beat the brakes off the Vikings and Packers that year. This year Philly poses a tougher matchup.

the Chiefs struggled vs Houston and Tenn and had to come back in both games to get to the SB. We should've won it if not for a momentous 4th quarter collapse. This year KC and Buffalo are juggernauts and I would give them an advantage over us.

Overall I think we're a much better squad on offense and defense but I think the competition is better as well…

I don't want to play Dallas d/t their ability to run well inside + mobile QB/efficient passing game. Plus their pass rush. Feel much better against every other first round team.

I don't want to play Dallas bc the idea of possibly losing to them would cause major PTSD dating back to the early 90s. Imagine the look on Jerry's face if they came into our stadium and won the NFCC game ?! I'd rather take my chances on the road vs Philly…

Haha. True true. Those were not good times.

Yeah F#ck that
Let's go 49ers! Great job to clinch the division!
IDGAF who we play in the playoffs. We are the team that no one wants to play in the NFC.
Vikings seen to be a pretty weak team. I don't see how they win a game in the playoffs not playing any resemblance of defense. They at least need to be average. Dallas and Phili could go either way.

When the playoffs start, we should be getting back:
- Elijah Mitchell
- Javon Kinlaw
- Maybe givens? Would be huge
- Deebo Samuel (this is an excellent chance for his hammy to heal up too!)

those are ALL awesome players that contribute at a high level. We should go into the post season (hopefully no more injuries) stacked and rolling! Ready to made some got dang noise!

Yeah F#ck that

I live in Dallas and work DIRECTLY across the street from the cowboys HQ in Frisco. Lol I will NEVER hear the end of it after all the smack I talked when we beat them last year. Haha

The SB for Cowboy fans last year was with any team that could get us out of the playoffs. They were rejoicing on social media and on live podcasts when the Packers were up against us in the Divisional only to leave in disgust when we won. Same vs LA, and I swear it felt like they wanted a parade in downtown Dallas after we lost to the Rams in the NFCC game.

there is a deep rooted hate between the two teams going back half a century. I'd rather not rehash that old rivalry. Glad we beat them up in last year's playoffs. Let's no play with fire 😜

Woo hoo!

And no worse than the 3rd seed clinched up as well.

This is HUGE. Now we can sit back and tune up for the playoffs while watching Minnesota and hoping they slip up and let us have the 2 seed

We do not want the 2 seed. We need to stay at 3.

Round 1 - we match up against Washington/New York/Seattle. We destroy any of them at home.

I'm sure the Cowboys will beat the brakes off of the Bucs and Minnesota should win whoever they play as well.

Then round 2 we get to go to Minnesota where we will destroy the Vikings and Dallas and Philadelphia need to play each other. Root for that how you will but I'd rather not play both Dallas and Philly.

If Dallas wins, home playoff for super bowl. If Philly wins we go there.

We absolutely want the 2 seed.

Eagles will play the lowest seed available in round 2. Whether we are 2 or 3, that would be Dallas in your scenario.

Home games > road games.

Tarvarius Moore will be back soon. He's been awesome on special teams this year.

Home games > road games.

Looks good for that #2 seed. The Vikings are about to cough it up to us, right now.
