It was slightly low and behind, but still on his hip. Jimmy has thrown about 1000 of those as a 49er, so asking for Jimmy to come back over that play is simply dumb.
I have no desire to see JG back, lol. Was just stating it wasn't a good pass. You are correct , JG has thrown a ton of those.

But that is smart - they did the same thing in Philadelphia. They're good not great......but you can't afford to give away stuff. 4th down miss and a bad turnover in your own end. Goal-line stand was good, though.

You have to play mistake free ball because they use so much of the clock that you don't get many drives. We have like what 3-4 drives the whole first half?

I hope we don't rehash the "what do we name this defense" thread ? Corners are limited especially Lenoir and Jimmy Ward. Huff is a hard hitter but doesn't know how to defend for s**t

This feels ominously like last year's pre-Christmas game against the Titans, where we just can't seem to get a break. All the bounces seem to go against us.
