As long as the49ers still have a shot at the top seed they need to go all out. That could end this week if the Eagles win. Then they can rest some people if they need to. I wouldn't mind if they lost the final game as long as it didn't affect their playoff position.
Winning streaks are great but I'm always a little worried about going into the playoffs on a streak. Every win is one game closer to a loss. We've seen hot teams get knocked out early many times by some upstart that feels they have nothing to lose.
