ugh

That's a killer.

A torn ACL is a killer. A sprained MCL is a setback.

If it's a grade 3, he's done for the year.

Typically...

Grade 1: 1-2 weeks
Grade 2: 2-4 weeks
Grade 3: 4-8 weeks

Yup. So throw a "likely" into my post then

Our D is a f**king dream team. They finally and I mean finally are off a game and they get this crap? We've knocked the snot out of AR and PAC.

The best thing ever was todays game for long term. Rest will be limited to maybe 4 qtr and a smack in face. Good.

By the way. We still are number 1 D. How about some respect over whining.

Glad the holidays are over. Too many distractions and team probably thought this was a cake walk. Good they got a big time scare and reality check but eventually pulled it off and didn't hurt us in the standings. Put this in the rear and start focusing in the task ahead.

Imagine spending a gazillion dollars and resources on the defense over the past 6 years. No closers.

Always waiting in the wings,...as if someone called this defense the '85 Bears.

Bosa was definitely a closer.

Closing the game out is exactly what he did.

Why can't people recognize that the other team has NFL players too?

None of the 3 units are perfect,....but they're all pretty damn good and we've got a great shot.

Purdy showed his veteran skills tonight 😏. We should all be excited about what we saw from a tight game like this

Yeah, those horrid throws to Kittle were a true sign of a savvy vet. Oh wait…..

Which one?

The one where Kittle run the wrong route?
The two throws he dropped (one for a TD)?
The contested catch he couldn't make like the top-3 TE he's supposed to be?

To me it was Kittle who had an awful game.

Now we're attacking the veteran stars of the team to prop up a rookie?

Kilt tile and BA were average today.

Average despite having 100 yards receiving and a TD lol. Even the drops in this game were (with a few exceptions) all on bad throws.
You are strangely hard on any QB not named Lance.

🤡

You missed this one. LOL

Except Gipson.

Doubling down?

Defense has been great, one bad game doesn't make your post right, just wrong as usual lol

3 bad games, KC we got whooped, Atlanta we couldn't stop the run or get off the field on 3rd and long, and today was a bad defensive game but the difference is #13.

Vegas on New years is a massive distraction tho, we'll be sharper next week and hopefully take the #1 seed.

I agree with you

LOVE what Purdy brings to the table. But I'd be lying if I said he doesn't leave some things to be desired.

Surely an upgrade from Jimmy tho.

Why do we feel the need to beat a player down to prop another up? There was a lot of sloppy play by quite a few offensive players and we still put up 37 points. Defense didn't play that well but still managed to come away with 2 turnovers. One of which put the game away.

This is kind of my takeaway. Poor performance across the board in my opinion and we still won. Still put up 37 points. Still made the play at the end when it mattered.

Today our defense had arguably its worst performance of the season. Our rookie QB played like a rookie finally. Aiyuk dropped two passes. The refs were against us especially on that holding call against Kittle. I think LV scored a TD on that gifted drive.

But you know what? I'm encouraged. If we can win against a team fighting for their playoff lives when our defense is at it's worst, our QB is at his worst, our #1 WR is dropping passes, and we are still missing Deebo and Mitchell.... We are going to be very tough to beat in the playoffs.
Only he defense went to party last night I guess

So when McGlinchey plays good, the team plays bad. If the team plays good, McGlinchey is bad. I would prefer the latter

This game is so annoying, but it might be good for the team

annoying is being kind, Crown....that was like slowly dying from 1,000 paper cuts to me.

Haha yup

I was secretly, hoping they lost, because winning 14 in a row is very challenging…

But now that the seating is more open, it's pretty good that they won

What this team has done is nuts. They have to be gassed but have to play next week for the 2 seed. A D is going to shlit itself every once in a while

They have the tie breaker over the Vikes and Eagles, they are #2 today
