It's unfortunate the Giants are being douche bags and giving the Eagles a free win practically. I hope it backfires on them and they get blown out by the vikings or beat the vikings and then get crushed by the team they allowed to get the #1 seed.

TBPH it suits them to have Philly take the number one seed over us. If the Giants beat Minnesota, in all likelihood they will be going to play the number 1 seed. Would you rather play a division foe that you're familiar with who lives a hundred miles down the road, or would you rather travel cross country to another time zone and play a team that's won maybe 11 straight at that point ?

It's not just a business decision to protect their players. It's actually the best option available to them for the playoffs…

They've declared out 8 starters/rotational players including Conner, Allen, Hopkins, McCoy, Collins, Wilson, Anderson. Niners could definitely load manage a few players but they shouldn't play this like a preseason game. Still gotta play to win.
