But unless the Raiders are giving the Packers Devante Adams back, I don't see why yesterday would be any indication we will lose to Green Bay. If we lose to Green Bay, it'll be because we play poorly that day, the end.

Our draft crush Christian Watson is doing well.

Yep nfl adjusted schedules a few years back to increase the competition. Smart move

Shaping up to be another soggy game if the forecast holds. At least they'll be able to practice in it this week.
Wishing everyone comes out healthy out of this one. Though the Cards are bad they physical on defense they have hitters and run physical with Connor.

they are optimistic on greenlaw. lombardi said there might be a chance greenlaw plays on sunday

This is great news if true. The drop off from Greenlaw to Al Shaair is large, mainly as it pertains to pass coverage. Don't need him Sunday but just the fact he might be available means the injury isn't too bad.

I thought Al-Shaair was playing pretty decent this season and played at a Pro Bowl level last season. I'm not too worried about Al-Shaair, I'm just not sure about Oren Burks though.

Well the 49ers are favored by 13.5, I hope the 9ers blow them out so Shanahan can sit some starters. I just can't remember the last time the 9ers covered a double digit spread.
I know the tone in the NFL tonight is very dark, but I do think this needs to eventually be brought up:

Don't be shocked if this game gets postponed. I don't think anybody in the NFL feels like playing again anytime soon after what happened tonight.

All that said, hoping and praying Hamlin somehow pulls through.
Unfortunately it looks like giants will be resting their starters against Eagles since they are locked into 6th seed. Zero reason for them to really play hard to win and giving their starters a rest for a week could give them a better chance against whoever they travel to first week of playoffs.

We should probably follow suit as no reason to risk more injuries and even if vikings win (and we lose which even with josh johnson I highly doubt we could lose) they will have to play packers (which they will lose again to again). Thus giving us a second round home game against cowgirls/bucs. We also get the Giants (worst team in the NFC playoffs by far).

there's no way the NFL would consider postponing an entire week of football is there? I wonder what's Running through the minds of players on every team right now?

there is no way they are going to suspend entire week of football. Bengals and bills will have to complete their game sometime this week as well...guessing Wednesday/. Perhaps some players will not want to play which is completely understandable and should be excused.

Sums it up perfectly ! We want 3. We want 3…

We still own the Packers. We own Rodgers. Were in his head. That soft defense will be shredded yet again by our run game. I would welcome a matchup with GB.

I know what happened to Hamlin was scary, but this far it looks like he is stable and should make a recovery, although for all practical purposes his season is over. NFL won't cancel any games…just the Bills and Bengals game moved to Wednesday and they should move their next week games to Monday to allow time to rest…

This is my prediction. I see them pushing the regular season back a week. With Bills/Cincy playing Saturday. Eliminating the pro bowl. No week off before the Superbowl.

Unless the Bills and Bengals decide they want to make it a tie. Not sure how much that would affect seeding and help a specific team.
