Having to drive in LA during any type of rain is quite an ordeal. People don't know how to drive down there when it happens.
That's correct. Southern CA drivers are not good in the rain and you need to be careful. Best to stay off the roads if you can.

Yeah because they are more used to it. People go in the ditch here at 30 mph when it rains. But not me. I went to College in the Midwest. I have some relatives in the Midwest and Northeast. I can drive in rain and snow just fine. I'm much more worried about the other people around me. Which is very hazardous. Because they don't know what they are doing. Roads are best avoided in heavy rain in Sothern CA. I really mean that. To anybody.
