I'll confess I'm suppressing visions of Anthony Carter and Wade Wilson crushing my soul on a soggy January day in 1988.
BUT, I just don't see it happening Saturday. Niners are superior in all three phases and coaching is maybe a draw.

Levi's ain't the Stick. I believe the field will hold up well and the running game will dominate as usual.

Truth

Supposedly the Levi's field drains well - and should be covered mostly until game day. Footing should be ok.

Do any of you remember the Colts game last year ?

Yep. The field held up aside from some puddles after downpours. The forecast calls for steady rainfall but only around .05" per hour during the game window. It'll be fine.

How big are Brock's hands? No issues in rain and slop playing in Iowa?

9 1/4"

Thats about the minimum for what teams want QB's to be. But it doesn't really matter. Russell Wilson has massive hands and he fumbles a lot.

Everyone sees the potential of rain forecast and freaks out like they'll be playing in a swamp. People were talking about how Bosa wont have the footing to get a sack last Sunday, and there wasn't even rain.

Knowing the Seahawks luck, It will probably downpour when our offensive is out there and be dry when theirs is out.

I was asked to participate pregame to hold the flag during the anthem. I have a feeling they will cancel bringing out the field size flag.

Wow, that is so cool!
dont forget deebo didnt play last game vs seattle and brock almost didn't play either

we got this
i knew that our special teams was playing much better this year but I didn't know these stats. Our special teams has been suspect in the past and always had me worried - so great to see our team top 10 in all three phases!

Odum had two special teams tackles Sunday and ended up leading the league in that category with 21. Flannigan-Fowles was tied for fourth place with 15.

McCloud's 10.8-yard punt return average ranked fourth in the NFL among returners with 20 or more attempts. To put that in perspective, last year's top returner, Aiyuk, averaged 7.2 yards a return. McCloud's 23-yard kick return average ranked 11th among returns with 20 or more attempts.

Hand size does play a role in some of those things but as long as the player works out his hands to get them stronger, they can fix that issue or at least seriously mitigate it.
The gematria folks picking Seattle to win
I hope the 9ers are devising a serious attack game of seaduck hunt

Yup and no Mitchell either last game.

The only hope they have is to attack Lenoir every pass play.

Do we stick with the same game plan of C Ward following DK around?
