Somehow rain and wind make good teams worse and and mediocre teams better!

The elements level the playing field a bit when there is a significant disparity in talent. It does not however level the playing field when there is a significant disparity in will and determination, positional versatility and playoff experience. And it most certainly does not remove a home field advantage. I am expecting a decided 49ers win this week

Thought I read somewhere that Bosa is allowed to line up on whichever side he wants to.

Yes, which is why he'd pick to rush against their LT.
I can't believe how may talking heads this week are STILL perpetuating the myth that "It's tough to beat a team 3 times in a season". That myth was debunked YEARS ago.

"there have been 21 instances where a team swept a team in the regular season and then had a third battle in the playoffs. The sweeping team has gone 14-7 in those games,"

This should be pinned somewhere.

It isnt "tough" if it favors the sweep.

It is the most likely outcome.

lol what !.. i'm not talking about betting
Beat them twice in regular season, this is playoffs, all records are 0-0. All 9ers need is to be 1-0 after Saturday, end of story.

Yeah, not liking that. Brock has been tested week in and week out - injury, coming back from behind, coming in against Miami, winning against Seahawks on the road, etc .

Now a different test: Rainy weather and his first playoff game.

I predict Brock will do better than Geno and that the 49ers will get a win

I just heard Papa say that he was watching workouts in the rain this week and Brock was really throwing the ball well.

Seahawks are significantly worse than us, and we have home field. I don't think the Niners can screw this up.

A record of the past is not odds.

if you flip a coin and it lands on tails 10 times in a row then what's the chance it will land tails a 11th time?

Answer: 50%

2 different teams playing each other isn't the same as a coin flip

I remember seeing that stat last January.
