It's all just TV ratings? LOL. That's terrible. A MNF game is a terrible draw. 6 days of rest vs some team who had 8 in the next game. Night game too. So really like 5.5 days. I think that's a big disadvantage. I don't think there even should be a MNF game in the playoffs. Just too unfair.

I'm guessing whoever plays the winner of the MNF will play next Sunday. So, if 49ers and MIN win, probably play next Saturday. If 49ers win and MIN loses, likely play next Sunday.

Lower seeds go Monday to give the top seed the advantage of facing the winner off a short week

Same reason we as the two seed got SEA off a short week for a Saturday contest

Yes. The first game in this wild card weekend is the best, especially for the home team.

The obvious keys to the game are…We gotta make sure the " water wings" aren't successful running the ball into the interior of our defense. Also our O-line must slow down their rush, ( the Hags have put up a lot of sack's and pressure's the past couple games against the teams they played ). " Go Niners "

If you don't want a short turnaround and a short week then do better in the regular season because the top seeded teams are gonna be advantages deservedly so

This is why you kept hearing Kyle reference that we needed to play for the highest seeding possible in order to advantage ourselves in this tournament

Jaguars 4 seed. Chargers 5 seed. = Saturday game.

Bucs 4 seed. Cowboys 5 seed. = MNF.

the Niners are expected to blow out the Seahawks on paper and weather notwithstanding. this is why we're the first game.

Getting off to good start is extremely important on a day like today. We need to be ahead preferably by double digits at half time. There predicting more wind and rain in the second half so we don't want to have to play catch up with the weather worsening.

I agree on the Monday night game especially if the winner goes to PHI Saturday but I'm guessing PHI will play Sunday being they're a big east coast market team and especially if DAL wins

This advantages us if we win because we get the Saturday contest vs a short week opponent and then if we win we get 8 days for the NFCCG assuming we advance that far
