I hear he played 76 snaps against TB, short week its going to add up quick. 1st half go right at him, hope he's gassed by halftime.

Exactly!

We have the defensive player of the year!

We are gonna run the ball right at and right over Parsons. We are gonna bloody his nose and have his head spinning before the second half

Kittle say's he's eager to block Parsons. Could be a peek into the game plan with George in on a few double teams. Bloody nose? Check. We gonna be able to see CMC's number.
The league/media wants the Disney story with Purdy.
The owners want a cheap QB to win a super bowl to stifle upwards pressure on QB salaries.
Vegas and Jersey want anyone but the Niners to win the super bowl to reduce their financial liabilities.

I guess we will see who is better at paying off refs.
One thing I noticed that isn't being said a lot this week is the "It's really, REALLY, like super hard to beat a team three times in a season" nonsense that we were hearing constantly a week ago. Seems like it's not a concern when it comes to the Iggles.

To be fair, that last game of the regular season does really count as the Giants didn't tried to win.

I do however agree that it's hard to beat a team 3 times in a season is really not a thing.
seems like most picking dallas, not sure how i feel about that

I think it's a thing. The reason why it's a thing is because they've played against you twice. Meaning the tricks the players use, they've seen it. The scheme, they've seen it twice. Etc. it's hard to fool them and the one-on-one battles are difficult because they know each other's tricks and all that.

that's really the only reason why it's hard, it becomes more of "I know what you're going to do, so I just have to outplay you."

You don't typically see teams get throttled then third time they play. I would say that it's over hyped on how hard it isn't but it's typically more difficult than the first two times.

Prisoner of the moment. Dallas finally didn't s**t the bed in the playoffs, and against a bad Tampa team so clearly that means they've arrived.

I love it. I was a fan of when harbaugh said "when people say good things about you, kick em in the shins"! Aka don't let that stuff get in your head! Being the underdog is the best.

It's nothing....it's 'really hard to beat a team 3 times' because it's simply rare to play a team 3 times. Every 'they know your sceme' reasoning can be turned around 180 and used for or against you. SF was clearly the better team in all three games....because they are clearly a better team. I think it's as simple as that.

Doesn't this go both ways? And what's the stat someone brought up? The team that won the first two games goes on to win the 3rd game 60-70% of the time? If anything this implies the teams are evenly matched and the game's decided by the bounce of the ball, a missed call, a kicker's shank, etc.

Just listened to Chapman's podcast, he has the exact score prediction as me, 31-20! He is extremely confident
