How can you actually do an Interview on a Game day? Is that normal?

Guess you're counting the game as an interview as well…

He says his first priority is the game, but how can it be if he takes two interviews on game day before the game? He should have told them no way on game day!

Don't like it one bit. During the week is one thing but not on a game day.

Especially with the Cardinals, this is ridiculous.

My worry is Parsons. I feel like we have the more talented team, by a lot. But a guy like Parsons can be the difference.

Neutralized him last year. Not worried.

I think Parsons and Bosa won't be much factors. Other guys will need to step up. Let's hope it's our guys.

This was stated by other zoners but I'm pretty all the planning/game plan has already been wrapped up even by yesterday. There's only so much you can do on game day when you're done with all the prep and planning. I mean, seriously, if we're still working on game strategy on the day of the game then we're f**ked.
As has already been noted, ( and some article's written ), i gotta agree is that our defense cannot play like they did against the raiders 2 or 3 games ago, They put up 34 points and over 500 yard of offense our defense, the second most points allowed by our team this season. They used a running QB and good passing and running schemes to move the ball on us, have to suspect that the cowpies will borrow some plays from that game. This is going to be very hard fought game.
We gotta play smart, not give up the ball and not make bad penalties.

Yeah probably, but seems like a bad look. Does this normally happen?

One thing I noticed that isn't being said a lot this week is the "It's really, REALLY, like super hard to beat a team three times in a season" nonsense that we were hearing constantly a week ago. Seems like it's not a concern when it comes to the Iggles.

To be fair, that last game of the regular season does really count as the Giants didn't tried to win.

I do however agree that it's hard to beat a team 3 times in a season is really not a thing.

I think it's a thing. The reason why it's a thing is because they've played against you twice. Meaning the tricks the players use, they've seen it. The scheme, they've seen it twice. Etc. it's hard to fool them and the one-on-one battles are difficult because they know each other's tricks and all that.

that's really the only reason why it's hard, it becomes more of "I know what you're going to do, so I just have to outplay you."

You don't typically see teams get throttled then third time they play. I would say that it's over hyped on how hard it isn't but it's typically more difficult than the first two times.

Doesn't this go both ways? And what's the stat someone brought up? The team that won the first two games goes on to win the 3rd game 60-70% of the time? If anything this implies the teams are evenly matched and the game's decided by the bounce of the ball, a missed call, a kicker's shank, etc.

I didn't say it was impossible, I also said that I think it's overhyped at the end. I'd assume that the team who won the first two, are obviously the better team, but doesn't change the fact that it makes it more difficult.

i think the question is "how much more difficult is it to play a team for a third time?". I'd say it just depends on the team and how they play. That answer could very from minimal to a lot.
