Yup. You can view in Niner archive footage where Harbaugh was on video talking about having to track that stuff down and how it was the intellectual property of the SF 49ers. He was basically imploring him and the others to return those tapes that belonged in the 49ers video vault

Ezekiel Elliots overrated ass only rushed for a little over 20 yards. I you frickin kidding me, $90 mil for that crap. I can't stand that dude.
