History has proven that when it comes to the playoffs media hype has a very real effect in the locker rooms. The team that is counted out always plays with something more to prove. This is going to work out great for the 49ers. They haven't had that chip on their shoulder for a while if you think about it.

That and I think Deebo is still pissed off since last seasons NFCC. Deebo wants it the most and his teammates clearly feed off of him.

Absolutely. But you can't forget Kittle, he was literally on the sideline during the SB saying "I will be back, with a vengeance!".

Gonna be a good game, but the Niners have more veterans who appear to be a lot more hungrier than the cowboys.

Walker III might be better than Pollard. Both guys are top of the NFC RBs. With CMC and Sanders.

They lost to DAL in the 3rd pre season game. They never played a regular season game.

The media can do what they do every year, and cowboys' country can hype up their win against the sorriest team in the playoffs all week.

WTF was Tampa doing last night? There was zero setting the edge, like they didn't even try. Guys were completely lost in the secondary. Dallas wasn't running anything special at all… Todd Bowles needs to go. That team wasn't even close to prepared.

on offense it was just as bad, it's the playoffs, Brady and his receivers weren't on the same page at all (it was like that all year). These game was more about how bad the Bucs are then how good dallas is.

Dallas IMO wouldn't beat Seattle, they're so up and down. It's like people forgot about the DC game just a week ago lol. f**k these soft wannabes.

I literally watched that game saying "Our D would shut that down, and that play would have gone nowhere, and he'd never hold the ball that long against our D and" Tampa's defense kind of sucks.

This is typical Cowboy fandom. It's why they get all the prime time slots despite putting out a mediocre product year in and year out. It's why the NFL kept them on SNF vs the Colts when they could have easily flexed the Niners-Dolphins game which had a better story line and better record to boot.

Im sure the "media" in general would like nothing more than a Cowboy upset. It would give them months worth of talking points even if they ended up losing in the NFCC game. It's why they will spend all week hyping them up. Giving them every chance to win as if beating TB made them world beaters.

Unfortunately, after they lose, I suspect it will be the game least talked about going into championship Sunday bc those same pundits will do their best to separate themselves from the awful pick they made for this game.
