Diggs is one of the most overrated DBs in the league.
100% HOWEVER, he is a ballhawk and has very good hands for a CB. His coordination makes up for the dumb mistakes he makes.

Cowboys fans are right about Diggs. He's a ballhawk but takes a lot of risks when he goes for INTs and hates tackling. Out physicality could hinder him and make him think twice.

And no. He plays defense bc he does not have great hands. I've seen him drop MANY INTs this year. Doesn't show up on the stat sheet.

As long as you don't throw any jump balls in his direction we should be fine

It's funny that he's actually improved this year without much attention cause he's not getting the INTs like last year when people thought he was playing great.

I don't know why, but the media/analysts(!)/fans seem to be more uneasy for the game against the seahawks, than for Dallas, a better team in all aspects than the seahawks. Maybe it's the familiarity between division rivals, or the fact that you can't "beat a team 3 times", or whatever.
I watched a few Dallas games and the key seems to be the first quarter for them. If they start well, they don't look back. Also, they really had to beat the Bucs, given the pressure on "Americas team". They already did that, and most of them seem relieved, at least based on the post game and recent interviews, press conferences.
It almost seems like every team that plays against the 49ers, is playing with house money!

Everyone is picking Dallas bc of the shellacking they put on the Bucs. We did too but that gets no mention.
Media HAS to drum up max interest for this game so everyone tunes in. There's a reason why it's Sunday night on NBC. Last week, Cowboys-Bucs had 30 million viewers. I'm going to guess that number gets blown out of the water for this game. This is NBC's wet dream come true.
But I'm not saying we easily handle the Cowboys. And I hope I'm wrong on that.

Good gosh I need to somehow get away from reading into this too much. Sunday needs to get here now.

I hate waiting for Sunday. Liked having it over early on Saturday.

SEA was a tougher opponent for us and they were better coached as well. I expect us to fare better this week than last just knowing what I do about DAL coaching and players as opposed to SEA

He know Dan's rules adjustments and counters from the inside. Klye does not have to spend time learning them but instead think how dan might counter instead. All while knowing what to attack to get them out of what they want to do.
It will be interesting to see if Dallas comes out doing things differently or quickly changes. Looking forward to Jonnys break down on there normal tendency so I can be smart enough to look ...
The funny thing is- doesn't it work the other way as well? Shouldn't Kyle know Dan Quinn more than anyone? I get the one difference is that Kyle actually called plays and Quinn didn't, but he still has some insight into how his mind works. Also, Quinn knew Kyle more than anyone last year and it seemed the only thing slowing our offense down was the QB.

I find it best to avoid most content, from any source, the week prior to a big game. I will poke my head in here once and awhile, and I have a few YouTube channels I frequent. The ones that avoid hot takes and amped up rants … in any direction. If you drown out the useless noise, you realize the 49ers have no business being where they are now. Any other team in the league would have been dead meat the moment a 3rd string QB had to take the field. Regardless of what happens this weekend, or the rest of the season if it continues, it has been a remarkable year. And the arrow is pointing straight up going forward.
Most teams fold when having to start their 2nd QB. This run is unprecedented as far as I know.

I doubt that very much. We are awful in those years, so no one was coming.
