I'm not. Everything we accomplish from this point is just gravy on top of an already successful season. Nobody can seriously expect much out of a third string QB, so we just need to appreciate that we've even made it this far and hope for the best.

This. Definitely this. Anything else is a plus but just so grateful for this season, it's been amazing!

Any season that doesn't end in a Super Bowl win is a disappointment imo.

not interested in moral victories after all the bitter defeats from the last 12 years

Yea I don't get some fans. Same s**t every year. We haven't won a ring in 30 years, but coming up short….that's ok, bc moral victories are priceless.

give me a break. This is Shanahan's best roster, loaded from top to bottom. Anything less than a ring is utter FAILURE !

Couldn't have said it better myself, Brock has shown in his 6 games with this loaded roster he's good enough to win the SB. Anything less it'll be a major f**king disappointment, f**k that moral victory oh shucks bs

The same fans said the same thing last year. I remember these forums and some media heads for the Niners. "Exceeded expectations" they said. "Overcame adversity". "We'll be ready next year". "The future is bright." It's the same recycled garbage.

The Niners and Cowboys are historic franchises. We play for rings, not moral victories.
eff moral victories, it's SB or we have failed... the team is built today to win and in the coming years

If we fall short, it'll suck ball. This off-season we have alot of FA's and not sure who will be back or not. Today, this season, our team is stacked. Would be great to go all the way this season.

We had a lot of FAs last season too (Tomlinson, Tartt, K'waun, DJ Jones, etc.). Gotta trust that the FO will find a way to retain or replace our losses.

It'll help only having two QB's on rookie contracts

Neither team has won anything in nearly 30 years, so maybe we should re-evaluate that.

If you guys want to be nervous about the game or crushed if we lose, that's up to you. It's a personal choice and I can only speak to how I personally feel which is that we're playing with house money considering that we're starting a 3rd string QB and so I can't force myself to feel nervous.

Controlling Pollard is they key to beating Dallas. He is their CMC. Warner and friends must not let him have a big game.

Yeah of course, I get that. Its just that we're here now. I just hope we can get to the SB. I don't wanna wait another year because its not gauranteed.

Nobody said anything about moral victories. We should just appreciate that we've already exceeded expectations regardless of what happens today.

Coming into the season my expectation was a super bowl win. This was a super bowl caliber roster before the season, and it's even moreso now.

If we fail because of our defense and Brock looks good to great, then at least we know we have found our young QB.

This guy gets it.

11 wins in a row with around a 16 point differential average.
