Seems about right. If we played 10 times I say Philly wins 6-8/10 and sf wins 2-4/10.

I do think if we beat Philly we beat the Bengals 7-8/10 times so we probably win the super bowl.

The eagles have the best pass rush in the NFL, Jalen can hurt us with his legs and it will be tough on the rookie to go into Philly.

The Bengals are probably headed for another loss no matter who wins.

Don't think this will be particularly close. I think it ends up somewhere around 27 - 17 Eagles, with the 49ers scoring a few points in garbage time.

Truly, without taking a fan's view, tell me where the 49ers will exploit the Eagles? Hell, even Vegas is hedging the numbers waiting on the sharps with the current line @-2.5 (which will obviously increase, likely to around 4.5-5 by mid week).

Are you trying to be sarcastic? Veterans Stadium was so notorious they not only had a jail in it, they had an entire court system to deal with offenders..

it was a bit ironic to throw shade at the Eagles on this, and I actually had my events screwed up, I was thinking of the 4 people that were shot or where beat into a coma after the raiders game years back.... The stabbing was a totally different event.

Candle Stick had a bad run on violence there for a stretch (mostly raiders fans) and youre right that Philly year in and year out is worse. Maybe not people getting killed, but a rough group of fans.

What are the weather conditions going to be in Philly?

Home field is -3 for almost every team, Eagles only -2.5 tells me vegas thinks theyre even teams, with the 49ers being slightly better, on a neutral field 49ers would be -1.

8th best run offense vs the 8th worst run defense

I suspect it will be ball control offense with opportunistic play action and more of the same deebo, MCM and Kittle against linebackers as often as they can get it.

Philly has a good defense, no doubt....but it is not like the 49ers have not faced good defenses.

Washington allows a score on 31.6% of drives
Philly allows a score on 32.4% of drives
Tampa Bay allows a score on 33.0% of drives
Dallas allows a score on 33.5% of drives

Just for the record.... the 49ers allow a score on 25% of drives, by FAR the hardest team to score against in the NFL.

Philly is good, but they allow 4.6 yards a carry. It is one of the weakest run defenses we have faced all year. Only Seattle at 4.7 yards per carry was worse.

Sure it is going to be a hard fought game and the 49ers might loose, but I really doubt they have a total lack of confidence as you appear to be going though right now.

Hurts got pulled at Bama in the Championship game for Tua. They beat a Giants team that had all the East Coast hype. Daniel Jones is a lower-half QB and proved it. When things start going bad the Eagle fans turn on their team in an instant. Can't wait to see that.

Who threw shade at the Eagles? Why would that even matter to you? People that try too hard to start arguments in this place are getting really old. Have an OK night there, bud.

The Cowboys played like that was their Superbowl, their defense was absolutely dialled in and played well. I don't think the Eagles will be so intense in the NFCCG.

I think it's going to be run heavy into play action for us.

The Eagles better believe these 49ers are not middleweights or light heavyweights. They are legitimate heavyweights and can take a punch and dish it out.
