Our easy schedule? You played the Bears, Bucs, Broncos, Falcons, Saints, Dolphins, Panthers, Raiders, Commodores, Cards twice, Rams twice and Seahawks twice. How many of those aforementioned teams made the playoffs?? Yes, Seahawks were a nice story, just as the Giants, right? Your schedule looked hard prior to the start of the season but turned out to be just as "cake-walk" as ours. And yet, here we are. It's as even a matchup as there could possibly be and will likely be a nail biter from start to finish. I just hope the zebras ref evenly.

This same niners team has been to the NFC championship game or better for the last few years. They've been tested.
I never insinuated they weren't. Just not buying the schedule narrative.

Yeah, too many factors associated with it since every team plays differently through the season. Niners got off to a real slow start, so some of the lesser teams we lost to can say they beat a team that went 13-4, but it really was a different team they played. Eagles got off to a red hot start, then kind of fizzled out towards the end of the season.

49ers offensive must is running for balls and get score over 35 to 45 points because Eagles will gave up for us. I know the eagles is very deserved the score and more points. So we must get more score points for 35 to 45 points. We need get more creative plays and need more tricks plays be like Chiefs scores.

- we need to score 35-45 pts because eagles won't give up
- the eagles are a good team
- since eagles are good, we need to score 35-45
- we need to be more creative than we have been and need to use some trick plays like the chiefs.

that's my interpretation boys. Hahah

Makes perfect sense. BuZz is one of the best at breaking down games.
I think our key of defense is to not let Hurts be comfortable in the pocket, get as many hits on him as we can, if he runs take his head off... I don't think he handles contact well

I mean fans don't impact the game. I personally think they're the most complete team we've played all year and I'm not thrilled that we have to play them but it is what it is and I hope we make more plays than they do.

However if he or others think they're overrated or whatever that's not going to change how the game goes. Eagle fans are doing the same thing Dallas fans did "you haven't played anyone"

Except now it's turned into "you haven't played anyone like us" and technically they're not wrong. But it goes both ways. They haven't played anyone like us. I asked an Eagles fan earlier which offense he felt was the best they played all year and he couldn't give me a clear answer(probably because he knows the answer was Dallas) but the others he mentioned were the Lions and Jags(...ok)

They simply have not faced a team as well rounded as we have been, with the coaching/scheme that we have and that's not even bringing in our defense into it. We'll see which team ends up playing the "I told you so"
It's going to be one hell of a game. It will be a war of attrition. Run the ball, stop the run and create TO's and cause disruption. YAC is going to be big and TOP. These are the 2 best teams and they have not played each other this year so I can't wait for the game to begin. Go Niners!!!!
We will see how healthy Hurts arm is when he's not going up against a mediocre team he already played twice.

Is the Eagles underwhelming play down the stretch being disguised by the three butt whoopings of the NY Giants, who they seem to own?

Hurts is dangerous, but I think our defense will make him a non factor.

Yes. You are correct. Eagles can gave up for us if we must to score 35-45 pts. Trust me. I know that Eagles will kill us when they can more score over 35 to 45? Who never knows?! We must get high our score 45 to 55 pts then we will win for sure.. Trust me!

Still worried about our secondary. No laying off receivers 10 yards.

They probably will to a certain extent to prevent the deep ball. Might not have much safety help. Last time we saw AJ Brown he ate them for lunch. Hopefully Ward can lock him up.

Agreed. There will probably be some frustrating downs where they complete an 8 yard pass because the 49er CBs are playing off. I guess it depends on the gameplan Ryans comes with. Force tight window throws, or force PHI to be patient and put together long drives by keeping everything in front of them.

The bolded only works if we can stop the run, which we can do against 30 teams... not sure about the Eagles. I think we have to attack their offense and risk giving up big plays.

That's a bold strategy.
Will be interesting to see how Ryans approaches it. I'm leaning towards stressing the front 7 to stop the run and keep two safeties back instead of bringing an extra man into the box and playing single high. Supposedly Hurts has the least success with Cover3 so maybe it works out (bring extra body into the box to help defend the run).

My guess is that we blitz more this game than any other game under Ryans.

If not then the media could be right and nobody can beat them. Dallas played erratically at the end of the season also, but once they beat down a horrible Bucs team everyone forgot about it and thought they were gonna win it all.

I can't trust you until I understand you. My head hurts reading that.
