The Eagles get their chance this weekend but we just don't know how they will handle it. Destroying the Giants was impressive but the Giants were an overachieving bunch with a ceiling (talent wise).
I haven't heard that factor mentioned much in the build up.
I've been saying it here and others such as yourself but as far as national media and outsiders. No
They have glanced right over this fact but I have a feeling we will remind every of this nugget come the NFCCG this Sunday
The deeper I look into this game the less nervous I am. Philly reminds me, unfortunately, of our 90's teams under Steve Young, in that they destroy the inferior teams but struggle against equal or greater opponents. I was worried about playing at their place for a second until I remembered how prepared Kyle gets the men for these game's in particular. We probably should have lost last year in Green Bay with a QB that not only wilts when the lights are brightest, but was also banged up as hell. We don't even need to win the turnover battle in order to win IMO, we just can't lose it. 27-21 Niners.
